  • What is your service area?
    We currently service Lake County, Ohio and offer free delivery to Mentor. Service outside of Mentor will incur a mileage fee of $3/m. If you are outside our service area but interested in booking, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email, website, or phone. We’ll gladly do our best to accommodate you!
  • Is delivery and setup included in the rental fee?
    Yes, delivery and setup are included for locations within Mentor, Ohio. For other locations within Lake County, additional delivery fees may apply.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    A 72-hour notification of cancellation is required (except due to weather conditions) for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72-hours will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Is there a deposit required?
    There is a $50 deposit required at booking. This deposit goes directly toward your total cost, ensuring availability and locking in your chosen items. The remaining balance is due upon delivery and set-up. Reserve today and let the countdown to an unforgettable event begin!
  • Am I responsible for damage?
    Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on units. But, if damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety and operating procedures, you will be held liable for damages.
  • Can I set up the inflatable indoors?
    Yes, our inflatables can be set up indoors or outdoors. Please ensure that the space is large enough to accommodate the inflatable and has sufficient ceiling height.
  • What are the rules?
    General rules include no shoes, no food, no drinks, no silly string, no sharp objects, no medical conditions, no rough-housing, etc. Additional safety guidelines will be outlined in your rental agreement and reviewed with you upon arrival.
  • Does the inflatable need to be set up on grass?
    While grass is the preferred choice for setting up inflatables, we do accommodate other surfaces such as cement, asphalt, and even indoors! Kindly inform us of the terrain type during the reservation process so that we can accommodate accordingly.
  • What is your weather policy?
    In the case of light rain, a passing shower will only dampen the unit. Simply step out of the unit and wait for the brief storm to pass. Once the rain subsides, use towels to dry off the unit and resume the fun! Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to stay vigilant about the weather for any sudden changes or safety concerns. If heavy rain and wind arise, exit the inflatable and promptly deflate it. Please be aware that wind speeds exceeding 15MPH raise safety concerns. ​ Should the weather pose a risk to the safety of your party guests on the day of your delivery, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and issue a full refund. In such a scenario, we will contact you immediately to discuss available options. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities!
